Increasing the number of ejaculation with the help and understanding of the partner or by masturbation can be of benefit to achieve control gradually. This is brought about by using the squeeze method in which the partner gently but firmly compresses the end of the penis to halt impending ejaculation. when both partners feel ready, ejaculation can then be allowed to proceed.</p>

The doctor will pay special attention to the outer sex organs as well as characteristics such as breast development and body hair in both partners to check for structural abnormalities or signs of possible hormone problems. Ejaculation usually accompanied with erotic dream but sometime it may be without any dreams. In medical terms this is said to be normal and does not insist on any kind of treatment. In Ayurveda if a person have nocturnal emission twice or thrice in a month then no treatment is required but more than this is alarming and treatment is required.
For example a one year old child may urinate in bed regularly but as the child grows to 4 years old he/she will stop urinating in bed but if the child continues to urinate in bed even when he/she reached young age then will you say it normal? No, this is not normal but in medical terms this is not any disease.</p>

<p align="justify">Hemorrhoids, emerods, or piles are swelling and inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus. The anatomical term "hemorrhoids" technically refers to "'Cushions of tissue filled with blood vessels at the junction of the rectum and the anus." However, the term is popularly used to refer to varicosities of the hemorrhoid tissue. Perianal hematoma are sometimes misdiagnosed and mislabeled as hemorrhoids, when in fact they have different causes and treatments.
External hemorrhoids are those that occur outside the anal verge (the distal end of the anal canal). Specifically they are varicosities of the veins draining the territory of the inferior rectal arteries, which are branches of the pudendal artery. They are sometimes painful, and can be accompanied by swelling and irritation. Itching, although often thought to be a symptom of external hemorrhoids, is more commonly due to skin irritation..</p>

<p align="justify">Hydrocele is the painless buildup of fluid in one or both the testicles. This accumulation of a watery fluid gives rise to a scrotal swelling. The problem is common in infants and usually subsides on its own within the first year of life. However, it can affect men at any age. The condition often resolves without any treatment, but if it prevails for long, you must consult a doctor to rule out possibilities of other dreadful diseases such as testicular cancer.
If you partner has swollen Testicles that looks like a water balloon then your partner must be suffering from Hydrocele. He must be at the initial stage of Hydrocele.
Hydrocele is a very serious and irritating medical condition.
In this condition, the Serous Liquid is accumulated in the body cavity that makes a liquid-filled sac along with the Spermatic Cord inside Scrotum.

Damage to arteries, smooth muscles and fibrous tissues, often as a result of disease, surgery or injury that interfere with nerve impulses or blood flow to the penis.
Psychological or emotional factors like stress, anxiety, grief or problems with relationships.
Excess consumption of alcohol or drug abuse.
Obesity and smoking which affects blood flow and arteries.
As a side effect of some prescription drugs like high blood pressure drugs, antihistamines, antidepressants, tranquilizers, appetite suppressants, cimetidine; an ulcer drug etc.
In older men over 65 years, impotence can be caused by low levels of testosterone, a condition which can be corrected by Hormone replacement therapy.</p>

<p align="justify">Syphilis is an infection that is caused by a microscopic organism called treponema pallidum The disease can go through three active stages and a latent (inactive) stage.
In the initial or primary stage of syphilis, a painless ulcer (the chancre) appears in a sexually-exposed area, such as the penis, mouth, or anal region. Sometimes, multiple ulc
ers may be present. The chancre develops any time from 10 to 90 days after infection, with an average time of 21 days following infection until the first symptoms develop. Painless, swollen glands (lymph nodes) are often present in the region of the chancre, such as in the groin of patients with penile lesions. The ulcer can go away on its own after 3 to 6 weeks, only for the disease to recur months later as secondary syphilis if the primary stage is not treated.</p>
